DESIGN

Simulation of every structural aspect.

We design fully customizable valves, tailored to the customer’s specific needs and process duties, in full compliance with international standards (ANSI, ASME, API, PED).

Our design process starts with the simulation of every structural aspect — analysing stresses, strains, physical forces and residual deformations. Our engineering approach combines precise calculation with design flexibility – enabling us to adapt each solution to the unique requirements of the project, while ensuring performance and reliability.

Using advanced modeling and analysis software, we accurately size all components from the very beginning of the engineering process, evaluating the interaction between loads and pressures to optimise our design.

State-of-the-art software

We enhance the flexibility and reliability of our design process and, consequently, of our products.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

We verify stress levels and deformations of all main components and valve assembly.

Fatigue Simulation

We simulate fatigue under variable pressure and temperature by means of software.

MATERIALS

MATERIAL SPECIFICATION
& SELECTION

Certified materials, selected for each project.

Materials and engineering choices are intrinsically connected and depend on service conditions, applications and customer requirements. We verify mechanical properties and operating conditions, even for soft seals (O-rings, inserts, lip seals).

Raw materials are procured specifically for each project from our worldwide supply chain, which is qualified by our Quality Assurance team.

EQUIPMENTS

MACHINING & ASSEMBLY

An ever-active and reactive production line.

To improve our lead times, in addition to our in-house machining shop, we operate with specialised, long-term partners – selected and managed according to defined quality control standards.

Our production is organised according to the principles of Lean Production – reducing waste, downtime and inefficiencies to ensure a faster, more flexible workflow with consistent quality.

TESTING

QUALITY CONTROL

Checking the final results.

After machining, each component is subjected to dimensional inspection using a portable 3D scanner equipped with non-contact sensors and probes. Continuous point-to-point scanning guarantees highly accurate measurements of lines and angles, to ensure conformity with machining drawings.

We perform NDT inspections – carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with international standards (EN473, ASNT-TC-1A, and/or ISO9712) – to verify the integrity and quality of materials and welds.

VT, PT, MT, UT and RT on valve bodies, welds and critical components;
Verification of structural integrity in accordance with international codes and standards.

Similarly, we perform standard testing and, upon request, any supplementary tests to validate the performance of valves under real operating conditions.
